Today I'm working on some digital patterns and illustrations based on origami for my latest uni project. I think these patterns look a little geometric and crisp for the look I'm going for so I may have to find a way to re use them.
This is yet another desk of the day I forgot to post a couple of weeks ago! These have been some of my fav shoes to work on, I can't wait to show you the finished shoes!
I have an awesome giveaway for you all today, brought to you by my sponsor Pink Fox Designs. Pink Fox Designs specializes in adorable clocks, mugs, artwork and pillow cases. I went a little crazy when I saw the Disney castle pillow, I think I need that in my bedroom!
The winner of this giveaway gets to pick one of her Pillow Cases. Good luck guys!
Here are the Rainbows & BMOs converse completed! You can see the work in progress here. I really enjoyed painting these shoes, especially the BMO tongues and Lady Rainicorn.
Well, this isn't exactly today's desk, but I forgot to share these photos a couple of weeks ago when I was working on these shoes. I loved painting the girly make up and bows theme on these shoes.
Hi guys! I have a fantastic guest post today bought to you by Joie from Confessions of a Book Pimp. I first approached Joie to do a guest post on the blog when I noticed her amazing fitness cosplay posts! She has done many of my fav characters, such as Anna & Elsa from Frozen and Princess Bubblegum. It sounds like she has many more interesting cosplay ideas to share so be sure to check out her blog for updates!
Hi! I'm Joie Fatale and I blog over at Confessions of a Book Pimp. I'm a lover of books--especially Fantasy, Sci-Fi and Comics--and I have quite a few fandoms. For 2014 I'm trying to get in the habit of eating healthy and working out. One of the ways I wanted to keep myself motivated is to keep my goal of wanting to cosplay, a part of the actual working out bit! And thus, Workout Cosplays were born!
I picked the pieces for this based on the Ice King (I've also done posts on LSP, and, Princess Bubble Gum). I like the Ice King for his eccentricity, and though I dislike his creepy factor **shivers** I like his determination, and I hope to harness that into my own working out!
Some of you may remember The Carbon Crusader from my Mean Girls Etsy Love post. They sell absolutely bitchin' pencils, that are hand engraved in the USA. You can also get your own custom pencils made on their website. They also sell pens, notebooks and cute badges too.
Today I want to introduce you to Laila from Tape Parade, one of my fav new blogs. Laila is a musician & vegan from London. Laila likes to blog about her outfits (which are awesome and so unique, I would 100% steal this girls wardrobe) and her explorations around London.
Here are some of my fav outfits/pictures from Laila's blog:
