Firmoo Glasses Review

A couple of months ago, Firmoo wrote to me asking if I'd like to review their glasses. I jumped at the chance, Firmoo have such a fantastic selection of trendy glasses, so I couldn't wait to get mine!

I chose these wooden effect glasses because I loved the wood look, and I could see them being very versatile and going with lots of different outfits. When they arrived I was not disappointed, these glasses are sturdy and exactly as pictured. I've worn them a couple of times now and they don't get uncomfy, I actually forget I have glasses on half the time when I wear them.

They came in a protective box (this is a necessity when you're as clumsy as me!) with a little bag to keep them in and cute cute pink cloth for cleaning them.

Here's some other glasses that I love from Firmoo:

Firmoo has a great first pair free program at the moment! Take a look at this info from Firmoo and check out their website:

The old opinion that glasses are only necessities for people with vision problems has already gone. Glasses are increasingly becoming a fad and must-have accessories for celebs and fashionistas. We can spot lots of non prescription glasses wearers and we are constantly fascinated by many noted film stars’ signature non prescription glasses. They instantly upgrade your look of modern, sexy, vintage or geek by wearing different styles of frames.
Any hot glasses/sunglasses /goggles frames you want can be found on Firmoo, and all are available for both prescription lenses and non-prescription lenses. Are you desperate to have a new look? Now here is the chance, Firmoo has launched a First Pair Free Program to people worldwide. You will absolutely fall in love with the excellent quality, affordable prices, fashionable designs, fast delivery and the good service after trying them with paying shipping only! You even can get a refund/exchange if you are not satisfied with them. It's totally Risk free, so why not have a try?

What I Wore #7 - Distracted by dogs

Last week Ginge from Chopstitch came round for another craft day, where we probably did much more talking and eating than crafting as usual! Here's what we wore:

What Ginge wore:
Cardigan: Next
Top: Topshop
Skirt: Primark
Shoes: Dr Marten
Tights: Tesco

What I wore:
Cardi: Ebay
Gingerbread scarf: (Stolen off Ginge)
Brooch: Polli
Bracelet: Juicy Couture
Hair Bow: Retro Rehab
Tights: Tesco
Shoes: Tesco

And of course, the dogs were out playing in the garden while we were taking photos, and couldn't resist getting involved too. Even Holly (the wolfy dog) joined in, she hates photos and always makes a sulky face for the camera!

What I Wore #6 - The happy koala hat

I haven't done a What I Wore post in forever, I've mainly been slobbing about in comfy clothes feeling ill. When I recieved a beautiful brooch from Polli I realised I could slob about no more, I needed to wear an outfit that did this cute little brooch justice.

As for the koala hat, I've had it about 2 years now, I actually look forward to cold weather so I can wear this cutie. I used to work at a freezing cold Asda petrol station and would constantly get told off for wearing it, but the customers loved it. One day the main Asda manager arrived to work after a 2 hour drive on snowy roads and told me the hat had made his day better, from then on silly hats were allowed in Petrol and I was known as the bear girl! I also managed to dye my hair bright colours over winter and my boss wouldn't notice because my big hat covered it all! All hail the mighty koala hat and it's hair dye trickery!

Dress- Primark
Tights - Ebay
Shoes - Primark
Cardigan - Ebay
Brooch - Polli
Bracelet - Gift
Earrings - Miss Selfridge

How cute is the Polli brooch?? It made my day opening my mail and finding a cute little doggy brooch staring up at me. It's made so well, very sturdy and the clasp is easy to use and dosn't come undone. It even comes in it's own adorable little bag!

It's been pretty miserable and cold weather here, so the earmuffs, thick coats and scarves were out! I forgot to get any detailed shots of my outfit because the boyfriend was moaning about being used as a coat rack for these photos, haha! I think he was jealous he couldn't show off his outfit.

What I Wore #4 - Deer and the Bear Dog

Apologies for the bad lighting and awful pose. It's been a bit gloomy here in the North of England lately, so not ideal for taking photos. And Effy kept trying to put her head up my dress for the photos, hence the bad pose. That dog needs to learn some photo manners ha! She's such a gross little scruffpot.
Cardigan: Upper 5th for Topshop
Dress: Lavish Alice
Shoes: Matalan
Leggings: H&M
Brooch: Gusosos

What I Wore #2 - Cats Brains & Clown Tights

I want to apologise for the poorly taken mirror photo! I had no one around to take photos all day, then when I ventured out of my cave I was in too much of a rush to get a friend to take photos.

Anyway, I'm pretty excited about this outfit! I bought the playsuit a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be more in love with the pattern. It has little kitties & brains all over it, what's not to love about that?? I also love how the brains bit is kinda subtle too.

Playsuit: Drop Dead
Tights: Ebay
Shoes: Office
Cardigan: Marks & Spencer
Brooch: Thrifted
Watch: Gift

What I wore #1 - Mustard Madness

I've never done one of these posts before! Mainly because most days I'm a bit of a slob and can't be bothered to put an effort into my make up and hair. My new resolution is to try and do an outfit post at least once a week from now on.

I like this outfit because I love how well mustard goes with my lilac hair. I think I'm going to have to get some lilac tights to go with this dress. I also got some lovely new fake gauge earrings and couldn't wait to show them off!

Dress & Belt: ModCloth
Leggings & Cardi: H&M
Scarf: ChopStitch
Earrings: DewiDesign
Shoes: PonyChops (duh!)
