Back to regular posting!

I have just moved house and been without internet for what seems like a year (realistically, it's probably only been about two weeks). But I'm finally back on the internet and can catch up on some of my fav blogs and Etsy shops!

I've had a busy few weeks which included; a trip back to my mum's to see my animals and my fav notherners, lots of comedy, fun and friends at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, then returning to London to move house!

We have moved to West London after living in East London for a year, and so far this new house feels so much more like home than the last two! We have a big garden so I'm looking forward to planting some fruit and veg for next year.

Here are some pics from the past couple of weeks:

P.S: how awesome are these pencil socks from topman

What I Wore #7 - Distracted by dogs

Last week Ginge from Chopstitch came round for another craft day, where we probably did much more talking and eating than crafting as usual! Here's what we wore:

What Ginge wore:
Cardigan: Next
Top: Topshop
Skirt: Primark
Shoes: Dr Marten
Tights: Tesco

What I wore:
Cardi: Ebay
Gingerbread scarf: (Stolen off Ginge)
Brooch: Polli
Bracelet: Juicy Couture
Hair Bow: Retro Rehab
Tights: Tesco
Shoes: Tesco

And of course, the dogs were out playing in the garden while we were taking photos, and couldn't resist getting involved too. Even Holly (the wolfy dog) joined in, she hates photos and always makes a sulky face for the camera!

What I Wore #5 - Gingerbread & Leopard Print

I had another lovely day out with Miss Ginge last week, so I thought I'd share our outfits with you. It's been pretty miserable and cold weather here, so the earmuffs, thick coats and scarves were out! I forgot to get any detailed shots of my outfit because the boyfriend was moaning about being used as a coat rack for these photos, haha! I think he was jealous he couldn't show off his outfit.

What I Wore:
Coat: Topshop
Leggings: Marks & Spencer
Shoes: Vans
Scarf: Kyra K
Cardigan: Vampire Bunnies
Shirt: Zara

What Ginge Wore:
Coat: George
Blazer: George
Skirt: Topshop
T-Shirt: This is Colour
Scarf: Sugarcult
Ring: Thrifted
Ear Muffs: River Island
Boots: Dr Martens
Handbag: Topshop

Have fun with Faux Fur

Fur coats always look so warm and cosy, it's like hibernating whilst walking around. And although I'd prefer the hibernating in bed idea, it's not always an option.
I love the look and feel of real fur, but I can't help feel it probably looks and feels much nicer on the animal itself. So I'm all for a bit of faux fur.

Here are some lovely faux fur coats I've found for this Autumn/Winter:
