Mushrooms, Milk & Make Up

Remember the Milk & Mushrooms and Make Up & Bows work in progress posts? Well here are the finished shoes! I'll post more detailed pictures of each pair individually soon, but I just love how they look together!

The Milk & Mushrooms converse are Tokidoki fan art, I'm a little Tokidoki obsessed right now. You can see more of my shoes here.

Desk of the Day 29/03/14 - Angry and Lumpy

It's been a long time since I did some illustrations just for fun, so today I'm having fun playing about with Illustrator and Photoshop. This illustration features two of my favorite subjects, can you guess what they are?

I just have to complete the background on this picture then it'll be ready to share with you guys.

Bunnies & Pastel Clouds Converse

It's been a while since I painted a pair of shoes, but I finally have some time over the Easter holidays to work on a few orders (I'll be opening a few custom order slots on the shop again soon, so watch this space!).

Purple, Pink & Ponies

If you've known me for a while, you'll probably know how much I love horses and ponies. It's probably a bit obvious since half of my business name is "Pony", the Chops half is another story that I will tell you one day!

A few weeks ago I got asked to paint some of my custom mocassins with ponies and clouds and pastels. I did a little squeal inside, all of my favorite things in one shoe (except for avocados, but I'm not sure that would work well with ponies!)

Here are my finished Pony Mocassins. I love them and I reallllly wanted to keep them.

Desk of the Day 27/07/2013 Pink & Purple Pretties

Today I'm finishing off these pink & purple cloud mocassins. They're going to be covered in lots of little donuts.

I'm also working on a simple shoe customisation tutorial! I'm so excited to get this project started and can't wait to show you guys!

Superga x House of Holland Maneki Neko shoes!

A few weeks ago a customer asked me to paint some of her Superga x House of Holland sneakers which had got discoloured in the wash. I absolutely love the original pair of shoes, so I hope I did them justice! These were kind of tricky to paint on because of all the seams on the shoes. But I'm still tempted to get some for myself to paint.

The owner of these shoes loves Maneki Nekos (Lucky Cats), which I think is such an awesome theme for a pair of shoes (I even loved it so much I painted my own pair of Maneki Neko heels).

Pirate Octopus Heels

These were another Christmas custom order. A customer commissioned these shoes as a gift for his girlfriend, he knew she loved my previous Octopus heels. She also loves pirates and the colours red and mustard yellow, so I did my best to include these in the design. Octopus heels are always super fun to do!

Black Cat High Heels

Sugar Skull Butterfly Mocassins

A customer asked me to do her some Sugar Skull themed shoes with butterfly wings and clouds on them. I've been wanting to do some sugar skull shoes for ages so I was very very happy plus I always love doing clouds. I'm so happy with these, I think i'm going to have to do myself some skully raincloud shoes soon!

Unicorn Sunset Brogues

Another order I did last week. I love unicorns and I love these colours, so these were probably one of my favourite orders ever. The sky in the background took forever but it was totally worth it.
