Bunnies & Pastel Clouds Converse

It's been a while since I painted a pair of shoes, but I finally have some time over the Easter holidays to work on a few orders (I'll be opening a few custom order slots on the shop again soon, so watch this space!).

Purple, Pink & Ponies

If you've known me for a while, you'll probably know how much I love horses and ponies. It's probably a bit obvious since half of my business name is "Pony", the Chops half is another story that I will tell you one day!

A few weeks ago I got asked to paint some of my custom mocassins with ponies and clouds and pastels. I did a little squeal inside, all of my favorite things in one shoe (except for avocados, but I'm not sure that would work well with ponies!)

Here are my finished Pony Mocassins. I love them and I reallllly wanted to keep them.

When Donuts Fly

I wanted to show you guys a pretty fun custom order I got to work on. I love donuts, pastels and clouds, so I kind of wanted to keep this order for myself. I'm really happy how they turned out. I hope their new owner takes them on lots of outings to the donut shop.

Today I'm finishing off these pink & purple cloud mocassins. They're going to be covered in lots of little donuts.

I'm also working on a simple shoe customisation tutorial! I'm so excited to get this project started and can't wait to show you guys!

Desk of the Day - 12/07/2013 - Pastel Slime

I'm working on these fun shoes today! I love the original colour of the high tops so much that I decided to let a lot of it show through. I found a new high top stockist who sells them in pretty colours like baby pink and baby blue as well as the normal white ones, so I'm hoping I get some more pastelly orders soon!

Etsy Shop Crush: Hello Sleepywhale

Hello Sleepywhale sells the cutest cards, prints and home decor. Their simple prints combined with beautiful colour schemes produce such beautiful and eye catching cards & prints.

I think my favorite of their work has to be the mountain inspired prints. Especially the mountain calendar, it makes me think of misty mountains and crisp fresh air.

Mustard & Mint Mushrooms

These were my first mushroom custom order! The customer picked the colour scheme, which I think turned out lovely. I think these shoes will look so pretty with some tan or brown tights!

Fashion Favs Friday 28/12/12

1. Kokokoshop - Cute as a button clothing and accessories for children. I wish it was all adult size so I could wear it!!

2. The Bomb Pom - Fun and colourful hair accessories & jewellery! I love the pom pom earrings, they're so sweet!

3. Pink Poppy Seed - Beautiful knitted scarves and accessories in a great range of colours. I love the sailor gloves the most!

4. St Anderswo. - Elegant scarves that really make a statement. This shop is so full of texture, I want to touch all the scarves.

5. I Love Mona - Vintage inspired flattering and unique clothing. I love the prints and the beautiful classical cuts of their dresses.

These were another of my fav Russian Dolls this year. I love these colours so much! In fact, if no one buys these they'll be quiet at home in my office :).

3. Misala - The cutest purses you will ever see. I want ALL of them!!

I'm sure you guys have noticed by now that I'm a little obsessed with pastel hair, glitter, turquoise and pink. So i'm sure it comes to no surprise to you that I love mermaids!  I often get told I look like a mermaid with my pastel hair. I'm planning on being a mermaid for Halloween next year (yes, I'm already planning next Halloween haha!). So I decided to put together a Mermaid fancy dress outfit that could also be worn every day too.

1. Posh Fairytale Couture - Absolutely stunning wigs and dramaticnecklaces. These would make amazing Halloween costumes.

2. Katrin Art - Beautiful girly jewellery. I especially love their hand crafted pendants.

3. Bonjour Sweetie - Unique diorama necklaces. These statement necklaces are bound to start conversations, they're so tiny and cute.

4. Pony People - Hand painted tote bags & adorable badges. You can get a tote bag painted with your favourite animal on! How cool is that?

5. Felt Family - Adorable felt masks, perfect for Halloween or fancy dress parties. These masks aren't just great for children, can you imagine how good one of these would look teamed with your favourite LBD?

What I wore #1 - Mustard Madness

I've never done one of these posts before! Mainly because most days I'm a bit of a slob and can't be bothered to put an effort into my make up and hair. My new resolution is to try and do an outfit post at least once a week from now on.

I like this outfit because I love how well mustard goes with my lilac hair. I think I'm going to have to get some lilac tights to go with this dress. I also got some lovely new fake gauge earrings and couldn't wait to show them off!
