Easy Peasy Guacamole Recipe

Avocados are a pretty freakin amazing food, they don't need much added to them to taste amazing! This avocado based dip is awesome with chips, on burritos on bagels! I eat it with pretty much everything. You can freeze it too!

Here's my easy peasy Guacamole recipe:

Ingredients:
2 large ripe avocados
1/2 tsp chilli powder
2 tomatos, seeded and finely chopped
1 large red onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
Ground black pepper

Method:
  1. Mash the ripe avocado with a fork or masher
  2. Mix in the lemon juice, salt and chilli powder
  3. Add the tomato & onion, mix roughly
  4. Add a sprinking of ground black pepper
  5. EAT!

  2. This is pretty similar to how I make mine, so delicious! You should also try doing the same (minus the lemonjuice) but swapping out the avocado for some chopped mango..mmmm
