Digital Portrait - Laura / Pip

On monday I finished this portrait of Laura from Wrapped Up In Rainbows. Laura loves pink and turquoise, so of course I had to include those colours! She also has a really awesome VW van named Pip. As soon as I saw pictures of Pip I knew it needed to be included in the portrait somehow! I love VW vans. So I did a Pip patterned background, complete with it's own "PIP" personalised number plate.

I'm so so happy with how this turned out. Making the Pip background has got me obsessed with making material patterns again!

Curvy Mermaid Gals

These are probably some of my favorite Russian Dolls so far! I loved doing their little scales and drawing on their tiny eyelashes. I've decided I'm going to do custom mermaids from now on, in any colour scheme and hair colour!

Latest Shoes!!

I've been a busy bee this week, working on some handbags for a photoshoot and doing a few custom orders too :)

I seem to be getting lots of people wanting me to do shoes with their pets on these days. I think this is my new favourite thing to paint. When I get a spare few hours I think I'm going to have to paint myself some poodle and husky shoes so Effy and Holly don't feel left out!!

The lighting has been pretty awful again today, so no pictures of the brogues yet :( boo hoo.  I seriously need a light box!!!

I managed to snap a couple of a custom order during a random burst of light.

Wedding Belles!

A lovely customer commissioned me to do a pair of shoes for her wedding day. I'm so excited that a pair of my shoes get to be part of someone's big day!!


Naturally, I was delighted when she asked for a hamburger and a hot dog to be included in the design.

Custom Caps

This is a recent cap I've been working on, it's for a friend of mine who loves his SLR camera, so obviously, I had to paint an SLR monster nomming fudgesicles in a pool of it's own rainbow juices. nom nom nom.

Billions of Brogues, Shop Update!!

Well not billions, 3 actually.


Today the laces finally came for the 3 pairs of Brogues I've been working on!! So I've photographed them and put them up for sale in the etsy shop.


They are so so pretty, I'm a little bit sad I can't squash my feet into the toadstool ones.

OMG WTF Panda

This week I spent some time jazzing up some of my old shoes that I never wear any more. I'm pretty pleased with how they turned out, and I think I'll be wearing these shoes more from now on! New shoes!!
