My favorite thing about the holidays is getting to see family and being able to relax by makin gifts, listening to Christmas music and drinking festive drinks (hot chocolate + hot cider yum!). And I also look forward to our family ski/snowboard trip- so much fun!

My favorite thing has got to be personal nostalgia...the holidays themselves usually always disappoint, but leading up to it there's always that feeling of how wonderful it used to be when I was little (even though it wasn't ;)

you see my cats amazement at the christmas tree then trying to climb in it, realising this is not a good plan so they lie underneath it pawing baubles.

Decorating the house and pretty tree and baking together with my Mom or Grandma and sisters :) that's a huge fun -but there's no enough place for all of us- as we want to make perfectly delicious things just that time nothing goes well :P but at least all of them disappear as the family sit to the table :D
