Etsy Shop Crush: Caked Designs

I've been a fan of Jessa's blog Caked Vintage for a long time now. She's so creative, I knew it wouldn't be long until she had her own business doing something artsy!

A couple of weeks ago Jessa opened her own Etsy Shop: Caked Designs, where she sells beautiful premade blog templates.

It's great to see such pretty and affordable designs out there for people like me who know very little about blog design and html!

Etsy Shop Crush: Stedi

Stedi provide a new, more modern twist to embroidery and cross stitching. They combine beautiful colours and threads with objects you wouldn't usually expect to be embroidered. I love their functional embroidered spice racks and shelves.

Stedi is run by Elena Kirsanova, a Netherland based designer who is inspired by combining different materials such as textile yarns, wood and metal. I'm a big fan of Elena's work, I think the items she sells are so original and unique.

Etsy Shop Crush: The Watson Shop

I came accross The Watson Shop while searching for Christmas Decorations (they do Christmas cushions! How awesome!! Shut up about Christmas Chantal.). The first thing that struck me about The Watson Shop is the quirky, vintage vibe I get from their cushion covers. The covers are made from burlap, repurposed from Coffee bags.

I can just imagine these cushions scattered around a coffee shop, the smell of coffee in the air and the crisp, raw texture of burlap cushions seems like a perfect match.

Wednesday Art Feature: River Luna

River Luna is an Etsy shop featuring the work of Marisa Redondo, an illustrator from the US. Her work is heavily inspired by nature, and arranged in beautiful colour schemes and compositions.

I love her use of white and space within her work, and the adorable bear and fox creatures she draws. Marisa has work that would appeal to everyone, from natural feathers and branches drawn in her unique style, to cute bears and birds.

Etsy Shop Crush: JDStar

I love the nostalgic feeling I get when I think of friendship bracelets. It takes me back to when I was 9, listening to Hanson CDs with my best friend Emma and daydreaming about ponies and dogs (To be honest, not much of this has changed!). We almost always had friendship bracelets or friendship necklaces of some sort. Why does this have to end as adults? The idea of giving my bestie a piece of jewellery to represent our friendship sounds absolutely awesome to me.

The first thing that struck me about JDStar was the amount of love and thought that goes into their friendship bracelets. After all, they're friendship bracelets, they SHOULD be made with a whole load of love. JDStar hand weaves her bracelets on a loom made by her and her mom. You can't get much more hand made than that!!

Another thing I like about these beautiful bracelets is the attention to detail. The colours are always perfectly matching. They also look super comfy and durable! The kind of bracelet you could wear for all occassions.

Etsy Shop Crush: Vintage Confections

It's not often I feature food related Etsy shops on my shop features. I have no idea how that happened because I'm more than a little bit obsessed with food and cooking.

Vintage Confections has a whole new take on candy. Their hard candly lollipops are more a work of art than a food. I can't even imagine how they would make their solar system lollipops! I can imagine if they owned a sweet shop it would look magical and wonkaish. Not only is their candy beautiful, but it comes in so many mouth watering flavors. The mint choc chip lollipops have particularly caught my eye!

Etsy Shop Crush: Loopzart

I found Loopz while browsing for Christmas Cards this year. Their work is aimed at mainly kids, however I'm sure all my fellow childish adults and geeks will get a kick out of their adorable animals and game & movie themed work.

Loopz sell Christmas cards, high quality prints, calendars and customised invitations. I'm in love with their adorable take on disney princesses, and their awesome Mario & Luigi prints!

Etsy Shop Feature: Solé designs

I've been a fan of Solé designs for a while. I love the way the jewellery is so nature inspired but still full of colour and fun. And how the jewellery is displayed on vintage style wallpaper to add to the ageless look of these beautiful pieces.

Solé designs was created by Katia (who a few of you may know from her blog, Kitty Snooks), a Canadian crafter who's inspired by nature and the little things in life. Katia is hosting a giveaway for one of her lovely creations on her blog right now.

Which is your fav Solé designs piece? The last pic has to be my fav!
